Oreo Truffles
Who doesn’t love an easy and yummy treat that you can whip up in minutes?! My kiddos were in the mood for some oreos and it instantly gave me the idea to make some Oreo truffles, one of our family favorites! It’s so easy to make and they make for a quick treat to bring to any gathering! So I am going to share how to whip these babies up in no time.

Equipment
- Food Processor
- Microwave safe bowl
- Cookie dropper
- Parchment or wax paper
- Cookie Sheet
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Oreos can use GF for food sensitivity
- 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese I used Kitehill dairy-free cream cheese
- 2 10oz pkg Ghirardelli White Vanilla Melting Wafers can use chocolate wafers too
Instructions
- Add package of oreos to food processor and blend till crumbled
- After crumbled, add cream cheese to food processor and mix till fully blended
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet then use cookie dropper to make oreo mix into balls. Place balls onto cookie sheet about an inch apart.
- Put cookie sheet into fridge for about 5-10mins to chill.
- While truffles are in the fridge, place wafers into a microwave safe bowl and heat up in 30 second increments or until melted with a creamy consistency. Be careful not to overheat.
- Take truffles out of fridge and one by one dip the truffles into the melted chocolates.
- Let truffles sit for about 5 mins to set and enjoy!
- Place truffles in an air tight container and store in the fridge.
